*As of April 14, 2026, the CMAR has already announced their proposed awarded contractor for this work package, and they are expecting to officially award this contractor either at the end of this week or early next week. Project construction is estimated to start in Q3 2026. This Work Package includes furnishing and constructing treatment-related structures, process piping, equipment supports, and startup services in accordance with the Contract Documents. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, incidentals, and insurance necessary for construction of the following major treatment facilities: Effluent Filters, UV Disinfection Structure, Non-Potable Water Holding and Pumping, Effluent Parshall Flume, Cascade Aeration, Discharge Structure, Sludge Handling, Sludge Loading, and Polymer Feed Systems. Excavate, install, connect, test, and backfill all piping and manholes, including connections to existing systems, and provide trench safety plans, protective systems, equipment, and labor as required. Form, reinforce, and pour all equipment pads per Contract Documents. Furnish and install all remaining piping, equipment, and materials after slab and wall completion by Work Package #07. Restore all disturbed areas to match surrounding grades. Utilize the Borrow Area for backfill or disposal of clean spoils as allowed. Provide complete startup, functional testing, commissioning, and operator training for all applicable systems, equipment, and structures as specified. Coordinate required inspections and activities per Contract Documents and City of Pilot Point requirements. Schedule and milestone requirements and liquidated damages apply for non-compliance.
