Site work for a water / sewer project in Emblem, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Fee proposals are being requested from qualified engineering consultants to furnish design and construction administration services for the Upper Sunshine Outlet Works. The 2025 Upper Sunshine Reservoir Outlet Works Rehabilitation Level II Study recommends rehabbing the Upper Sunshine Reservoir outlet. The proposed rehab for the Upper Sunshine Reservoir Outlet would be on the upstream side of the dam and would include raising the intake structure, replacing the existing wheel gate with hydraulically operated slide gate and replacing the trashrack. A thorough inspection of the outlet conduit should be conducted in dry conditions. The work includes assisting the District in obtaining any easements or permitting necessary for state and federal entities, design, bidding, and construction observation and construction contract administration. The Owner for this Project is Greybull Valley Irrigation District (District). Consultant will be responsible for meeting all requirements (if any) of the Wyoming State Engineer's Office Safety of Dams Division. Consultant shall be responsible for carrying liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
