The Lumber/Millwork supplier must have a corporate office located within a 60-mile radius of Evansville, Indiana and be responsive to deliver loose lumber package material within the same day or twice daily to the job site, as well as a history of successfully completing multi-family apartment projects of similar scope. Products to be supplied included in bid but not limited to; inclusive to completing the entire building - wall panels, floor truss, roof truss, loose lumber, structural hardware, windows, exterior doors, composite deck material, interior and exterior door hardware, interior trim, millwork, interior door package, cabinets, kitchen and bath countertops. Building products must comply with plans and specs. Poet Square Apartments, LLC shall be referred to and considered the Owner in this Project, BWS Residential, LLC will be the General Contractor, managing and overseeing the project Poet Square Apartments, LLC & BWS Residential, LLC reserve the right to reject any and/or all Bids, and to waive any informality in bidding.
