Renovation of a military facility in Cordova, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Remove and replace the existing grease interceptor at USCG Base Kodiak in accordance with the Statement of Work. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the removal and replacement effort, performed in compliance with applicable Construction Wage Rate Requirements. Performance must be completed within ninety days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise negotiated. Certified payrolls are required as part of contract performance. A firm-fixed price is required for the complete effort. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing. Provide all necessary expertise, materials, labor, and equipment to complete the excavation and removal of the existing failed grease interceptor and install a new polyethylene grease interceptor. The contractor will rehabilitate approximately 135 LF of existing cast iron pipe using Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) technology. This includes the reinstatement of 15 connecting branch lines. All work shall be performed at the USCG Air Station Cordova barracks in accordance with all manufacturers' specifications and general industry standards Questions must be received by February 23, 2026, 1:00 p.m. Alaska time, to Robbin Kessler at robbin.m.kessler@uscg.mil Telephone questions will not be accepted.
