Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kernersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Forsyth County is seeking bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the roofs on the various buildings and structures in Triad Park, with a total of eight roofs requiring replacement. This is a purchase with installation contract. Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes to perform the described work. Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the bidding documents, which can be obtained by contacting Catherine Knisley. Bids must be submitted as a single PDF file entitled “Bid for Triad Park Roof Replacements” to bids@cityofws.org. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for eligibility; Forsyth County will not consider bids from firms without a representative at this meeting, and a sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record.
