Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Luxemburg, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Limit : Cth P - Heritage Road Extend the life of the roadway by addressing deteriorated pavement, aging bridge and box culverts, and safety concerns along the corridor. Resurfacing, perpetuation project on STH 54 from CTH P to Heritage Road in the town of Green Bay in Brown County and the town and village of Luxemburg in Kewaunee County. The project includes resurfacing 4.4 miles, secondary work on bridge structure B-31-0051 and box culvert B-31-0020, curb ramp improvements, traffic signal replacement, evaluation for intersection improvements at School Creek Trail/Haven Lane, and evaluation to replace guardrail, cross culverts, inlets/storm sewer, and curb and gutter.
