The project which generally consists of the construction of the new CancerCare facility at 796 Sherbrook Ave. The new building will be approximately 450,000sf spanning over 16 levels including basement, parking garage, skywalks and tunnels connecting to existing facilities. The new building will house radiation treatment bunkers, MRI simulation and Brachy OR facilities, advanced imaging and radiopharmaceutical, pharmacy and lab, oncology clinics, day hospital and systemic treatment spaces.
