Description

Site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Grand Junction, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Grand Junction Field Office of BLM-CO requires new automatic gates to be installed and the relocation of a pedestrian gate. Bidders should review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional details. Bidders are required to have active registration in www.sam.gov. Invoicing and payment will be through www.ipp.gov with 14 day prompt pay and progress payments. The acquisition will follow Simplified Acquisition Procedures and construction requirements under Parts 13 and 36. Davis Bacon Act wage standards apply for Mesa County, CO. This project is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 238990 for all other specialty trade contractors with a size standard of $19M. The contract type is firm fixed price, and award will be based on price and other factors.
