Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Grand Junction, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of construction of two concrete lagoon structures with underdrain systems, a pump station, approximately 930 linear feet of 12-inch C900 PVC force main, approximately 1,760 linear feet of 24-inch PS46 PVC pipe, site grading, and other miscellaneous work as described in the contract documents. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered. A five percent bid bond and one hundred percent performance and payment bonds are required, and the surety issuing such bonds must have an attorney-in-fact or a principal doing business in Colorado. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, postpone the award, delete certain proposal items, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Contractors must be licensed as required by the state and local governments or municipalities.
