Site work for a water / sewer project in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of March 20, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work consists of removing the full extent of Home Brew Dam and installing restoration measures within the former impoundment and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the specifications and conceptual plans provided. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to complete the work as specified. All bids must be submitted on paper forms and must include a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price. A performance bond and a labor and materials bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price, are required. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at the project site. Selection of the contractor will be based on bidder qualifications, including evidence of past performance in similar projects and bid price. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder.
