The goal for the participation of women is 6.9%, trade by trade, of the workforce. The project consists of but is not limited to exterior accessibility upgrades including new concrete walkway, stairs, curb ramp, handrails, and related sitework. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted online. Bids are subject to minimum wage rates as required by law. The project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Instructions for registering as an electronic bidder are provided in the bid documents. All bids must be submitted online at the specified website. General bids and sub-bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the Worcester Housing Authority.
