Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lodi, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Project consists of: a. A 960 (1,140 sf w/ overhangs) square foot portable classroom building relocated from district office yard (DSA# 69158 serial #97-r286-030A/B). Building is to be moved as separate modules and then reconnected on site. Building to be set on a wood foundation o/ asphalt paving. Provide a metal ramp (PC DSA #04-122262) to access the portable building. Building to be connected to the site's fire alarm, data, intercom, EMS, and intrusion alarm systems. The Project includes accessible path of travel upgrades. b. Other work as shown in the documents and as required for a complete and operational project. c. Pay prevailing wage. d. Provide Insurance and Bonds. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. RFI Due Wednesday, February 11, 2026, by 1:00 P.M. Start and End Date , Approved for After Hours, Nights, Weekends & Holiday Work The District reserves the right to prequalify bidders for this Project pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.5, as deemed necessary by the District. When prequalification is applied, only prequalified Bidders will be eligible to submit a Bid for this Project. Any Bid submitted by a Bidder who has not been prequalified shall be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered. Pre-qualification is completed on the Online. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Lodi Unified School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
