The County of Yolo is requesting bids from qualified Contractors to provide CSA-6 DSID 19516 Pipe Removal Services as specified. Bidders must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements, including General Terms and Conditions. The project is subject to the State of California, Department of Water Resources grant requirements. All questions regarding this IFB are to be directed to the designated contact in the Question & Answer section of the solicitation. Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify the bidder. Interested parties are advised to periodically check relevant websites for modifications, updates, or amendments to the solicitation documents, as the County is not responsible for misunderstandings due to failure to check these sources. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site at Sycamore Slough right bank levee and State Route 45. Questions received after 2:00 p.m. of March 10, 2026, will not be answered. All questions regarding Plans and Specifications and Interpretations or Clarifications for this Initiation for Bid must be entered electronically.
