The submission of Sealed Bid Proposals is invited to furnish materials and labor for the completion of the Middle School Playground Project No. 2026-004, in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work is to be bid under a SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT system, covering the work of all trades under one contract for General Construction. Bidders must prepare bids as set forth in the Information to Bidders, and enclose them in a sealed envelope bearing the name, address, and phone number of the bidder and the project title. Each bidder must deposit bid security in the specified form and conditions. Attention is called to employment conditions and minimum wage rates required under the contract. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 business days after the opening of bids. Out-of-state bidders must complete the "Statement Concerning Authority to do Business in the State of New York for non-New York State Companies" and submit a certified copy of their Authority to do Business in New York State for the bid to be valid. The Owner reserves the right to disqualify bidders for material non-compliance and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or defects.
