Expectations The expectations for the selected contractor in this scope of work include the complete renovation of one men's and one women's restroom at the Dixie Convention Center, delivering high-quality, durable, code-compliant finishes and fixtures suitable for a high-traffic public facility. The project encompasses (but is not limited to) full demolition of existing elements as needed; preparation and application of new paint on walls and ceilings; installation of new floor and wall tile with appropriate waterproofing and grout; replacement or reconfiguration of toilet partitions; installation of new solid-surface counters with sinks; provision and installation of modern, water-efficient plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals (where applicable), faucets, and accessories; complete updating of lighting fixtures to energy-efficient LED options with appropriate controls; and all associated electrical, plumbing, and ventilation work to meet current building codes, ADA accessibility requirements, and the Center's operational standards for aesthetics, cleanliness, and minimal disruption during construction.
