Questions Due Date: Feb 27th 2026, 12:00 PM MST The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to provide microsurfacing treatments on various city streets for the 2026 construction season. The work includes, but is not limited to: sweeping, application of microsurfacing asphalt binder and crack seal binder as per UDOT specifications (UDOT Special Provision Section 02735S), placement of Type II microsurfacing treatment in cul-de-sac areas, and Type III microsurfacing treatment on all other areas as outlined on the maps. Additional required work includes rolling joints as needed (per city engineer), crack blowing/cleaning, crack sealing (including along lip of curb), cleaning roadway surfaces of materials or substances that could prevent the microsurface from bonding properly (including thermoplastic or other dirt and grime), replacing existing pavement marking paint as is or as outlined in striping plans, and provision of all materials, transport, and labor necessary to complete the job based on construction plans and UDOT Standards. All work must start after July 1 and be completed by September 1, 2026. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to submit the bid before the scheduled time.
