Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.
Quote to remodel three (3) restrooms in the Old Dome Pavilion, 1452 W. 12600 S. Work will include removing and replacing the existing Formica countertops with quartz composite countertops, Bavaria BT351 color, 3/4 inch thick with a 4 inch back and side splash (2 sides) and 6 inch front face out of the same material mounted on brackets, contractor to provide the brackets. Sinks are to be 18-1/2 inch by 13-3/4 inch rectangular, undermount, white porcelain. City will install all faucets and drain connections. Bids must include manufacturer's descriptive literature and F.O.B. origin and destination freight cost or freight allowed or they may be rejected. Bidders are required to bid on actual measurements and should schedule an appointment to inspect and get actual measurements. The selected contractor must coordinate with the City on the construction schedule.
