The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Sports Lighting Upgrade Retrofit (100% Reuse): Retrofit all four (4) existing stadium light poles with new LED fixture assemblies. Existing poles and concrete bases are to remain. Cellular Pole Coordination: The existing North East stadium pole is a shared-use cellular tower (T-Mobile). The Contractor must coordinate all work, structural loading, and outages on this pole directly with T-Mobile Property Management (Site ID: SL52XC146/UT-SLC0248, Phone: 877-373-0093). Controls: Installation of a new lighting controls system located within the Press Box to operate the new LED systems. 2. Audiovisual (AV) System Upgrade: Installation of a new loudspeaker system mounted to the existing Audio/Speaker pole and the Press Box structure. Installation of a new AV Equipment Rack, analog mixing console, touch panel control interface, and wireless microphone receivers within the Press Box.
