The scope includes replacement of five split system air handlers. Existing ductwork will be cleaned and mostly reused except as required for connection to the new HVAC equipment. The project also involves an upgrade to the electrical infrastructure and lighting of the building. A new main distribution panel will be provided, and all panelboards and the motor control center will be replaced. All lighting fixtures will be replaced with LED fixtures in accordance with Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) Handbook and the IESNA Recommended Practices. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit. Bidders must submit the entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) as a single PDF attachment in the e-procurement system.
