Demolition and site work for a residential development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and residential development.
The project consists of: (1) partial demolition of existing structures at 41 Jefferson Ave, including exterior decks, balconies, porches, stairs, associated railings, interior construction at Building 2 Unit 2 as indicated on the drawings, and all foundations for structures scheduled to be moved; (2) relocation of existing structures from 41 Jefferson Ave to two sites, 159 Hummock Pond Road and 158 Madaket Road. Structures are to be placed on temporary cribbing for future relocation onto permanent foundations. Site clearing as indicated on drawings at each site location is required to accommodate the relocated structures. General Contractor bid division applies. Any questions regarding the intent or meaning of the Drawings or Specifications shall be submitted in writing via email by the bidders to the Designer prior to 4:00 pm Friday, March 6, 2026. 1.
