The project involves furnishing materials and labor to complete a roadway reconstruction project as part of the QUFSD 2023 Capital Project. Bids are solicited on a stipulated sum basis for the contract identified as Contract No. 01 Site Contractor. Bidders must provide bid security according to the requirements specified in the instructions to bidders. All bids are to remain valid for forty-five days following receipt. Site visitations are available by appointment. Bids must not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the work, as the owner is exempt.
