Site work for a development in Helper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Work under this contract is located in Garfield County, Utah. The work sites are at multiple spring locations on the Henry Mountains near Hanksville, Utah. The spring sites are Box Spring, Gibbon's Spring, Brown's Hole, Mud Spring, and Quaking Aspen Spring. See plans for all locations. Work under this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove and replace fencing at 5 different sites located on the Color Country District Henry Mountain Field Station. The purpose is to enter into a contract to remove and dispose of existing wood fences and replace them with new steel buck and rail fences and gates in 5 different areas totaling approximately 5,975 linear feet by October 31st, 2026. A site visit will not be held prior to bidding, but it is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Vendors must guarantee pricing for the duration of the contract. Project performance time is May 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026, with site availability dependent on weather.
