As of March 31, 2026, project was awarded to Brix Paving Northwest Inc, awarded amount is $622,850.15 The City of Gladstone invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the 2026 Paving Project, a large-scale roadway improvement effort within the City limits. In September 2023, the City Council committed to enhancing Gladstone's transportation infrastructure by adopting a clear five-year plan to improve roadway conditions and increase the City's Pavement Condition Index (PCI) to 71. The 2026 Paving Project represents a key step toward achieving this goal while improving drivability throughout our community. Bidders must provide Planholder information to the Public Works Office if they obtain project documents. Any questions regarding the project must be submitted via email with the project name in the subject line by the specified deadline. Sealed bids are to be delivered to the Public Works office either by hand or mailed, with specific instructions provided regarding submission and the option to request hard copies of bid documents for a fee if needed. If there are any additional questions, they must be submitted via email at PWOffice@ci.gladstone.or.us no later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday February 25, 2026. As per Adda 1
