Renovation of an educational facility in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lake Oswego School District will be accepting sealed bids from General Contractors for the Westridge Elementary School Reclad & Fire Alarm Replacement Project located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The scope of work is outlined in the documents from Soderstrom Architects. Bid documents may be obtained from Precision Images Professional Reprographics. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held, which will provide a comprehensive overview of the project and a guided tour of the relevant sites and facilities. Information provided at this meeting will be incorporated into the bid documents by formal addenda. Bids must be received by the specified deadline at the LOSD Administration Office conference room. Contractors are required to complete first-tier subcontractor disclosures and this contract will be for a public works project subject to prevailing wage law.
