Lake Oswego School District will be accepting sealed bids from general contractors for the Lake Oswego High School Roof Replacement Project located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The scope of work for this roof replacement is outlined in documents available from Precision Images. Bid documents may be obtained at Precision Images, and digital documents will also be accessible through them. Additional hard copies can be ordered from Precision Images at the contractor's cost, plus shipping, with no refund for returned sets. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held, which is the only opportunity for interested parties to receive a comprehensive overview of the project and a guided tour of the portions of the sites and facilities that are part of the work. An itinerary will be distributed via addendum detailing all school sites and the schedule. Information provided at this pre-bid meeting will be incorporated into the bid documents by formal addenda. Bids must be received by the Lake Oswego School District no later than the due date and time, at the specified address. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The location is an active school facility, and the parking lot may be full at school release time, so bidders are advised to make necessary provisions to ensure timely receipt of their bids and required time stamping. Bid opening will occur shortly after the bid due time.
