Accepting sealed bids for road resurfacing, road maintenance, and asphalt replacement for Railroad Street (approximately 0.75 linear miles). Proposals must be delivered by the specified deadline. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure timely delivery. Telephone, email, or facsimile bids will not be accepted. There are no required pre-bid meetings. Questions must be submitted via email by the specified date. The complete RFP package is available upon request. Wilkinson County reserves the right to reject all bids, waive informalities, re-advertise, and/or award any bid in the best interest of the county. Sealed bids must be mailed or delivered to the Wilkinson County Board of Commissioners, Attention: Resurfacing RFP, at the specified address. There will be no required pre-bid meetings for this project. The last day for questions guaranteeing an answer will be close of business March 5, 2026.
