Site work for a water / sewer project in Depue, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the use of Cure In Place Piping (CIPP) technology to line 1,531 linear feet of 8-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sanitary sewer, including installation of end seals for manholes and pressure grouting of service laterals, as well as lining 683 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer pipe and lining some manholes. Bids must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the gross amount of the bid, payable to the order of the Village of DePue. The contract will be subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and Illinois Steel Products Procurement Act. The successful bidder is required to provide at least 40% of all labor for the project. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
