As of March 26, 2026, a general contractor has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Vissering Construction Company is seeking qualified disadvantaged businesses for subcontracting opportunities related to the Village of Mazon New Water Treatment Plant. The subcontracting areas include: Earthwork, Utilities, Asphalt, Concrete, Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals, Rough Carpentry, Trusses, Shingle Roof, Doors, Glazing, Painting, Lab Casework, Plumbing, Process Piping, HVAC, Electrical, Instrumentation, Equipment, and Fencing.
