The scope includes but is not limited to, providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to perform all primary and other ancillary work required to deliver a turnkey project. Jackson Hole High School Glycol Replacement - The owner reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Jason Huggins at tcsdfacbids@tcsd.org . Requests to use “Alternate, or Equal Products” other than those specified in the contract documents are due no later than 3:00 a.m., 03/05, 2026. SCOPE OF WORK The term "Work" includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required of the CONTRACTOR, as shown, described or inferred in the Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR is only to use its own forces and/or OWNER/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER approved sub-trades to undertake the Work. The CONTRACTOR may not sub out further work without the prior written consent of the OWNER; such consent to be granted at the discretion of the OWNER. The CONTRACTOR is to provide all supervision, labour, equipment, tools, supplies and materials to provide the complete glycol replacement for the project. 1. This is a turn-key project which must be completed between July 5th - September 1st 2026. 2. Safely remove and dispose of existing glycol. 3. Flush the system. 4. Pump in 2800 gallons of new 30% propylene glycol mix. 5. Test system for proper function.
