The work shall include all labor, materials, and related items to complete paving projects at seven separate facilities within the county system. Each location has specific requirements including dates for construction, guidelines for site/construction limits, and coordination with the owner's representative to maintain public access during construction. The work includes traffic and erosion control, preparation/construction of subgrade, pavement mill and overlay, full-depth asphalt pavement reconstruction, HMA pavement application, adjustment of existing utilities as necessary, construction of concrete curb and gutter, construction of high early-strength concrete pavement, site restoration (topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and erosion mat), and pavement marking. Waukesha County reserves the right to accept or reject base bid areas in any order or combination. Bid documents will be available electronically on DemandStar.
