Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the demolition of an existing boardwalk and installation of a new FRP, 120' bridge. This project includes pipe foundation system to be constructed in a wetland/sensitive area. The DNR will provide the bridge structure. The contractor will Provide necessary materials, labor and equipment for installation and demolition. The project is located at the McLane Creek Nature Trail, at 7331 Delphi Rd., SW, Olympia, WA 98512. Question Deadline 03/10/2026 Bidders have a duty to make all reasonable inquires and raise any questions when preparing bids. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY. There will be no allowances for additional time or costs, if a Bidder knew and failed to raise a concern at the time of bidding The estimated cost of the project is $112,600, and the required substantial completion date is June 15, 2026. Date of Final (Physical) Completion: Within 14 calendar days following the Date of Substantial Completion. The voluntary Diverse Business goal of 26%, which is an aggregate of: 10% Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), 6% Women Business Enterprises (WBE), 5% Veteran-owned Business, and 5% Washington Small Businesses self- identified in the Washington Electronic Business Solution (WEBS).
