Supplying various kinds of asphalt materials needed for road maintenance work from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Sealed bids are required, and bidding documents with minimum technical specifications are available from the Thurston County Public Works Department. Bidders are encouraged to register on the Builders Exchange of Washington website to receive notifications of addenda and be placed on the Bidders List. Thurston County may award to multiple bidders for the same commodity and reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids for good cause, reject bids not accompanied by the required bid deposit, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if it serves the best interest of Thurston County. Technical questions regarding the procurement must be submitted in writing.
