The Contractors shall provide janitorial services for recreation sites (including campgrounds, trailheads, and day use sites) on the Olympic National Forest. The Contractors shall provide all personnel, supplies (to include toilet paper), supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except those items specified as Government furnished property and services. Services cover vault toilets and multi-stall flush toilet buildings located at recreation sites spread throughout the Olympic National Forest, including the Hoodsport area (1 and 2), Quilcene area, Forks area, and Quinault area. Sites are accessed by forest roads, which may be paved or gravel, and sites vary in distance from the nearest highway. Offers are requested for a Firm-Fixed Price contract with one base year and 4 Optional Years for a possible total of 5 years. Multiple contracts may be awarded to reduce the amount of driving needed for servicing these sites. Bidders must adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and perform to the standards in the contract.
