Reference Number 0000413488 The City of Cadillac Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to regenerate a 5000lb container of carbon used in the LDFA Groundwater Treatment System. The purpose of the project is to remove foulants from the filter and destroy captured PFAS in the filter to the specifications required in the RFP. The goal of this project is to allow the LDFA to recycle/reuse the carbon filter in the ongoing groundwater cleanup process. In order for a bid to receive consideration, it must be received prior to the deadline above. No bids will be accepted after the time specified as the deadline for bids. The City reserves the right to postpone the bid opening for its own convenience. Bids must be clearly labeled "CARBON REGENERATION PROPOSAL" and shall be sealed when submitted. A scheduled site visit is subject to the availability of the Director of Utilities and his staff.
