The requirement is anticipated to be procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under a Two-Step Invitation for Bid and awarded as a single Firm Fixed-Price contract with an estimated construction value between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000, with bid bonds required at Step Two and payment and performance bonds required for 100 percent of the contract value at award.
