Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dubuque, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of the project is all labor, equipment, and materials required to install 10 ADA accessible curb ramps along University Ave. from Pennsylvania Ave. to Loras Blvd. The project also includes adjacent pavement, sidewalk, and landscape restoration work related to the curb ramp installation. Instructions to bidders require sealed bids, bid security in the amount of 10% of the contract, and compliance with statutory preferences for Iowa products and labor.
