Renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,310-square-foot educational facility.

A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Demolition of lecture hall seating and worksurfaces, carpet, and lecterns. Installation of new lecture hall seating, carpet and lecterns with presenter desks. The work of this project will replace the lecture hall seating and carpet in Hepworth Room 195 and Fine Arts Room 87. The rooms are approximately 2,310 total square feet, they are heavily used and the existing seating is more than 20 years old. The cushions and upholstery are worn out, and the hinges and swing arms are breaking. The project will also retrofit the teaching lecterns to be ADA compatible as they currently do not accommodate instructors with physical limitations. This work will take place in the Hepworth Building and the Fine Arts Building at the College of Southern Idaho, in Twin Falls. The scope of the project will replace the seats and work surfaces to allow for more flexibility in the lecture halls, replace the carpet and provide new teaching lecterns with presenter desks, and integrated power and data. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho will be required of the successful bidder prior to award of a contract
