As of February 19, 2026, project was awarded to Hiddleston Drilling & Pump Company, awarded amount is $284,525.75 Question Deadline 01/16/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project generally includes the drilling of one (1) municipal well. This includes the drilling of a borehole, installation of casing and surface seal, performing lithologic sampling, developing the well, disinfecting and inspecting the well, and other incidental and related work. A controlled pumping test to determine yield drawdown performance of the well is also required. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
