The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified vendors for the construction of pickleball court and walkway for SE 19th Avenue Park - Phase 2 in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work, drawings and technical specifications of the Invitation to Bid Construction. Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess Florida State General Contractor's license or current certificate of competency issued by Broward County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Bidders for additional information. Bid Guaranty: Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, or other acceptable alternative, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (Refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Bids will be accepted through a secure mailbox at eProcurement until the Deadline for Submission as indicated. Late Bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids for this ITBC.
