Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Albans, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The purpose of this request for proposals is to solicit qualifications from tank rehabilitation contractors for the Aldis Hill Water Storage Tank (Steel) Rehabilitation for the City of St. Albans Water System. The City intends to pre-select the tank rehabilitation contractor. Proposers must register via email with the Engineer, Aldrich + Elliott, PC, to ensure receipt of all addenda. Qualifications from unregistered contractors will not be considered. The submittal must be received by email with "St. Albans Aldis Hill Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Prequalification RFP" in the subject line. All submittals must be received by the specified deadline.
