The Town of St. Albans is seeking bids for the replacement of a corrugated metal pipe arch culvert with a Contech aluminum pipe arch or an equivalent product and associated site work. Sealed bids should be submitted to Town Hall at 398 Georgia Shore Road. Bids will be opened publicly at 10:00 A.M. on the closing date. Special instructions include attendance at a pre-bid conference held on-site. Question Deadline 06/01/2026 Deadline for questions is end of day Monday.
