Renovation of a multi-residential development in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-unit multi-residential development.
The Project Consists of but Not Limited to: This Project Includes the Renovation of Two Vacant Units 8a South War- Ren Street and 202 Hilldale Avenue, in Preparation for Re-occupancy. The Scope of Work Includes, but is Not Limited to: Demolition of Outdated Finishes, Installation of New Flooring, Cabinetry, Countertops, Plumbing Fixtures, and Doors Painting Throughout. At 8a South Warren Street, Additional Water Damage Repairs Have Been Added to the Scope. These Include Removal and Replacement Of Water-damaged Ceiling and Wall Finishes on the First and Second Floors, Removal and Replacement of Wet Insulation in Ceiling and Wall Cavities. Affected Trim, Baseboard Heating Units, and Electrical Devic- Es Shall Be Carefully Removed, Protected, and Reinstalled or Replaced As Part of the Repair The Renovations Shall Follow Eohlc Guidelines for Quality, Durability, and Code Compliance. he Work is Estimated to Cost $246,642.00. All Bidding Requests for Information (Rfls) Shall Be Submitted Online by 03/20/2026 at 3:00pm Edt for General Bids. General Bidders Must Be Certified by the Division of Capital Asset Man- Agement and Maintenance (Dcamm) in the Following Category of Work, General Building Construction, and Must Submit a Current Dcamm Cer- Tificate of Eligibility and Signed Dcamm Prime/general Contractor Update Statement. General Bids and Sub-bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit That Is Not Less Than Five (5%) of the Greatest Possible Bid Amount (Including All Alternates) and Made Payable to the Haverhill Housing Authority. Note: A Bid Deposit is Not Required for Projects Advertised Under $50,000. At 8a South Warren, Existing Lighting is Cleaned and Reused, While 202 Hilldale Receives All New Led Fixtures and a New 220v Dryer Cir- Cuit. The Contractor and All Subcontractors (Collectively Referred to as ""the Contractor"") Agree to Strive to Achieve Minority and Women Workforce Par- Ticipation. The Workforce Participation Benchmark is Set at 6.9% for Wom- En and 15.3% for Minorities. The Workforce Benchmark Percentages Are A Statutory Requirement Under Mgl C. 149 44a(2)(G).
