The Project consists of but not limited to : Re -Hab of Vacant Units :# 75 ,# 61 ,#63 , #65 ,# 67 ,#351 ,# 55, #381D, # 83C , #77C ,77D ,# 79D and 11 additional Bathroom Exhaust Fans Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 44A -J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive . General bids and sub - bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5 % ) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates ) and made payable to the HAVERHILL HOUSING AUTHORITY . The participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 9.9% MBE, 9.9% WBE and 3% VBE for all state and state-assisted construction projects over $150,000. .
