Site work for a civil project in Lexington, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 6-inch through 8-inch diameter water mains and appurtenances, 5,400 linear feet of 4-inch through 10-inch diameter sewer mains, manholes, and appurtenances, and 1,700 linear feet of 15-inch through 24-inch storm sewers, manholes, inlets, and appurtenances primarily within White Street in the City of Lexington. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
