The project consists of repairing sustainment items in Barracks Buildings 29008, 29009, 29010, and 29026, including walls, painting, ceiling fans, sinks, faucets, showerheads, tubs, toilet seals, cabinets, light fixtures, cover plates, and repairs to wall and floor surfaces. Work also includes miscellaneous site work necessary to support the facilities and meet code requirements. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation required to complete the work. All repairs must comply with applicable state, local, and federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer specifications and recommendations, and all contract provisions, terms, and conditions. All work will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood Military Installation. Location: 1270 W. Old Ironsides Ave, Fort Hood, Texas The work shall be located at 1270 W. Old Ironsides Ave, Fort Hood Texas. This acquisition is 100% Women Owned Certified Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 236220 (Size Standard $45.0 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All contractors are highly encouraged to have a prime representative at the scheduled briefing and site visit.
