Aggregate for chat seal to be provided by the Owner. The project consists of 1.5" HMA overlay on 12th Ave., starting at the intersection of V St. south of Mullinville, thence north to the intersection of Q5 St. Total length approximately 4.9 miles AND 1" leveling course with chat seal on 19th Ave., starting at the south R/W of US-54, thence south to Kc K St. Continue east on Kc K St. to S. Main St. in Greensburg. Continue S. Main St. north to Scott Ave., thence west on Scott Ave. to 29th Ave. Continue South on 29th Ave to Kc K St. Length is approximately 7.2 miles. Kiowa County shall provide all funds required for this project. All Federal, State and County regulations must be complied with. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a Plan holder. After the bid closes, bidders will be charged a fee of $42.00 for successful bid submission. For this project, bids will be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service, or by sealed paper bid. Prospective bidders must be on the Plan holder list through online for bids to be accepted.
