Restore GL & LL in Koshland Hall to its original conditions before the water damage. Scope includes patching wall openings with insulation and sheetrock in corridors and rooms where drywall was removed; painting walls where wall patching is needed; patching holes on wall base and cabinet base where holes were drilled; installing 4” vinyl cove bases where they were removed and touching up paint as needed at wall base; reattaching owner-provided corner guards in corridor; installing new laid-in ceiling tiles to match existing fire rating, where they were removed during remediation. Replacing 12”x12” vinyl floor tiles with new 12”x12” vinyl tiles as an alternate. Refer to the remediation mapping for affected areas and field verify quantities. Each bidder must submit with its bid a Contractor’s Special Statement of Experience on the Contractor’s letterhead, including: 1. Documentation of having successfully completed as prime contractor at least three and no more than five comparable projects with a construction value at award of $115,000 or greater in the past seven years, all within the immediate nine Bay Area counties, not including projects currently under construction. 2. For each project: project name, project address, owner’s name, contract value at award, total Change Order value, completion date, Owner’s Representative email address and current phone number, and description of how the project is comparable to this one. 3. List all interior repair (wall, ceiling, floor) projects on all UC Campuses and National Labs (LBNL, LLNL) completed or currently working within the last 5 years, if any. Bidders are required to register and complete the registration form at the provided online bidding system.
