As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** ALL BIDS REJECTED The proposed scope of work includes the following scope of removing and replacing the HVAC units in mechanical room #4 levels B&C: -Air handler SF-35 (old tag HV-3) and exhaust fan EF-26 (old tag E-6) serving Durham Theater -Air handler SF-37 (old tag HV-1) and exhaust fan EF-25 (old tag E-4) serving auditorium 155 -Air handler SF-38 (old tag HV-2) and exhaust fan EF-39 (old tag E-5) serving auditorium 145 Provide new air handlers and all associated duct work to make connections. All new air handlers should have chilled and hot water coils. Both of these coils, valves, controls and associated components are considered base scope. Provide new DDC (ALC) controls for the new HVAC units. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: "B" - General Building AND "C-20" Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractors License Every effort will be made to ensure that all persons have equal access to contracts and other business opportunities with the University within the limits imposed by law or University policy.
