Site work and paving for a road / highway in Burlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Burlington, Racine County, Wisconsin is receiving sealed bids for road work on a portion of Maple Grove Drive. Bid specifications can be obtained from the Town of Burlington's website or at the Town office. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town. This item shall consist of supplying, preparation, placement, and compaction of asphaltic mixture in accordance with Section 308.3.3 of WisDOT Standard Specifications, 1996 Edition. All base patching shall be saw cut. The depth of the asphalt will be: Two (2) inches for all areas marked with paint The extent and nature of this item will be determined by the owner and transmitted to the contractor prior to bid opening. The basis of payment for this item shall be by the square yard
