The Town Board reviewed and discussed all bids and made the decision to not complete Leland Roads chip sealing this year due to budget constraints. Motion was made by Donald Gieck to approve Scott Construction for wedging at $54,306.18 and Scott Construction for chip sealing at $75,300.00, seconded by Craig Raschein. Motion carried Wedging Projects: Paver Patch 5 LT Mix on Denzer Road from County Road C to Hilltop Road Chip Sealing Projects: Single Chip Seal Prairie Road from County Road C to town line, 1.62 mile with 3/8" pea gravel Single Chip Seal Witwen Road from Elm Road to County Road E, 0.85 mile with 3/8" pea gravel Single Chip Seal Elm Road from County Road PF to change in pavement, 0.83 mile with 3/8" pea gravel Single Chip Seal Leland Road from County Road PF to town line, 2.29 mile with 3/8" pea gravel Balfanz Road Project: Single Chip Seal Balfanz Road west end from County Road C 780 feet, then 950 feet of Paver Patch 5 LT Mix Paver Patch 5 LT Mix on Balfanz Road east end from County Road C 320 feet with full wedge These contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible bid-der in accordance with the provisions of Wis. Statute 86.31. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
